Joshua Caiquo, OTD, OTR/L, MBA-HM

AA-GC Secretary

Dr. Joshua Caiquo serves as the Secretary of the Board of Directors for Army of Angels of Greater California and is dedicated to the vision of providing at-risk and underserved individuals with a safe and supportive environment to develop vital life skills. Through a combination of civic, educational, charitable, and cultural mentorship and rehabilitation, Joshua and the organization work tirelessly to uplift and empower communities.

Joshua is a Doctor of Occupational Therapy at the California Rehabilitation Institute with two years of professional experience. He holds a doctorate in occupational therapy from the University of Southern California and an MBA in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University. As a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc., Joshua has a strong commitment to mentoring African-American students, focusing on scholarship, perseverance, and community engagement.

In his role on the board, Joshua emphasizes the importance of creating environments conducive to both personal and relational growth. His professional background in occupational therapy has equipped him with outstanding caregiving, technical, operational, interpersonal, and organizational skills, enabling him to consistently achieve highly desirable outcomes.

Joshua is outcomes-oriented and excels in fast-paced environments, always aligning his work with the values of stewardship and collaboration. His ability to see the "big picture" makes him a valuable asset to the board, as he works to ensure the organization's mission is realized effectively.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Joshua enjoys spending time with his family, watching sports, and caring for others. His dedication to fostering life skill development and community support is evident in all aspects of his work.
