With a distinguished academic background and a diverse professional experience spanning over 40 years, Dr. Marshall brings a wealth of knowledge and wisdom to all his endeavors.

A Life of Service and Inspiration

Currently serving as the Senior Pastor at Los Angeles Community Church, Dr. Marshall has been instrumental in guiding his congregation for more than three decades. Together with his wife Donna, they have served in ministry for over 30 years, touching countless lives with their compassion and dedication. Their journey began as commissioned Officers in the Salvation Army in 1996, and they have served at various locations throughout California and Oregon.

Dr. Marshall’s academic achievements are equally impressive. He holds a Doctor of Ministry degree in Preaching the Literary Forms of the Bible from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and a Master of Theology degree from George Fox Theological Seminary.
